Well, I do know it helps solve the liquidity problem. Greys are grey because the market is grey. MM's don't know the best offer without calling other MM's and comparing prices. This is why it takes so long to complete a trade for a grey.

Ever try to do a tester in the Grey's with a limit you know is waaaaaay over market yet it takes forever to fill?

They gotta call around.

Expert is supposed to solve that problem.

Now they have managed to create an excuse to move a bunch of greys to expert.

This could be the reason the whole G2P phenomena happened in the first place.

Now they know they have a bunch of abandoned tickers in the Expert Motel waiting for custodians to pick up.
