We have no third party, partners, assignee's, or any royalties associated with said patents;
which have ALREADY been ISSUED! Most through 2033 but at least ONE is to 2037 (if
memory serves)

In addition we:
Have NO DEBT
A small, ~24.9M effective tradeable float
& are developing SavaDx a diagnostic (blood draw) Alzheimer's test to circumvent lengthy interviews, costly & annoying brain scans, & other cognitive tests, etc..

The drug is expected to enter Phase 3 Trials in Q4.
Most believe that to be October since there's plenty of evidence pointing in this direction.

So I DO NOT KNOW if you're aware of all this & ASKING if TRIALS will be in Europe. I don't know & doubt it. For the moment, we simply (at least to my knowledge) aren't appealing to the EU organization for this purpose. It is probably easier, faster, & less expensive to get FDA approval in the U.S. & THEN do what's necessary abroad.
