In the 9/17/21 Investor Presentation MacNally clearly states that they licensed the instrument and camera technologies to Medtronic. On page 13 he has the heading “Enos System Dual View Camera and Instruments “

Included in the description of Instruments are pictures of the snake arms with end effectors and this description:

Multi-articulating instruments
• 10 surgical task-specific end effectors
• allow broad range of motion in confined space
Dexterity and strength
• deliver forces required for common surgical tasks

If that wasn’t clear enough here is the clincher:
Back on page 4 there is a chart that lists Titan’s IP along with which IP Medtronic has licensed. As you can see the instruments and camera systems are checked off…
When you read the list of IP you can see that the multi articulated snake arms, the core of the enos technology isn’t listed….
MacNally even listed the stupid plastic drape but NOT the snake arms???
That’s because he’s including the snake arms under instruments.
There is NO OTHER explanation for this other than he licensed the snake arms to Medtronic.
