agree with the idea that results are results, but in law we need and depend on evidence, which comes in various forms, what the scum in dc call "ways and means," AND what the sopranos called this and that and I HEARD some things..
so circumstancial evidence is very important. Direct evidence the best, but by then, U pay 500 bucks a share.
