Really, sue Cozen, for what? They have done a great jon so far. They are highly rated much more than $PM counsel. Plus Cozen has wo so many wawards globally, and is a top 100 law firm world-wide!

If you think they screwed up in their original complaint, I dont think they did. I think it is all part of the grand plan. Having that FDA report contradict HCMC claim I believe was done on purpose to get itout of the lawsuit as soon as possible. So PM can't use it as part of their defense etc. I have done extensive DD into both sides legal team and Cozen stands out way more than PM legal team. They know excatly what their doing.

They not filing a response in the patent review shoulnd't be viewed as a negative thing. They maybe wanted to ensure they don't hurt the lawsuit saying this or that, that PM will than use against them at trial. Also, this speeds up the PTAB review as no HCMC response needs to be looked at etc.

HCMC being at .0005 is super cheap! Think about HCMC without the lawsuit, they go sooooo much going for them and only expanding
