I'm enjoying the wait for a response from the SDNY Court. Looks like the judge is reluctant to issue the same order twice. If I was Ziv's lawyer I would advise him to file Financials by midnight tomorrow to avoid being in contempt of court and risking being held responsible for missing the filing date and any damages to Discover that could occur.
