Not exactly. I asked the FDA about that non-trial patient data and this data will not be considered on its own but in conjunction with trial data, yes.
The problem I see is that the number of trial patients being used (10) is too small and gives the FDA cover to say “get 50 patients” and come back. NP is spin this as a positive of course.
NP is incompetence personified.
