Their 'intent' is to get this LAHO BS over with. Equitable distribution is meaningless to them. After the lawyers get done with sucking the value out of the $8.2M, SH's get one cent on the dollar. What a rip. Delay is a pocket filling exercise. Ticker managers get the 'resolve' they wish for and current SHs of MSSV become the next target (it will not be pretty for them either - expect substantial dilution early on as GSCG takes hold).

This is the reality I see. True to me for now.
