In addition, I don’t know the exact difference between the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines.

Off hand the only thing I read was that Pfizer/Bntx used 30ug mRNA whereas Moderna used 100ug. There was some mention of Moderna arm where there might have been more soreness than PFE. I also read that for the children's dose vaccine (5-11 year old) PFE reduced the mRNA to 10ug. Not sure how much of the spike protein each vaccine's mRNA encoded but I assume that might be a trade secret.
