Setting up a business in a non-disclosing POS shell is a recipe for another Pump and Dump. Legit businesses don't operate as non-disclosing OTC companies.

If it's such a wonderful concept, private investors would flock to it.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
