Top actor. I read he had a photographic memory. The story was that he was given a script
and after glancing through the pages had all actors' lines down pat. Not only his own.

From 1971 to 1976, he starred in television detective series Cannon, which was broadcast on CBS. While
starring in the show, he weighed 230 pounds (104 kg), and ballooned to 260 pounds (118 kg) or more.
