It matters because, when the CEO of HPNN goes to prison for 10-15 or more years, he can't run a company. And a CEO who beats his wife so bad he gets charged with multiple felonies should resign immediately.
Also, the CEO/HPNN owes $millions to the IRS, large amounts to other government entities, and tons of money to judgment liens, and and can't even do business in its headquarters state of California.
The CEO even took (stole) a lot of money (close to $100K) from one of its customers and decided to not provide the product, instead spending the money intended for the company on his personal lifestyle and vacations. This is memorialized in court documents....he still hasn't paid one penny of the judgment or court costs, and interest on this and his other judgments/liens is accruing.
