Not sure about tomorrow but I am feeling good by the end of the week.

My guess is tomorrow though. JB said months ago that he was working with the OTCM. He has been approved. Like I said earlier. Everything is a formality now.

It's like getting pre-approved for a home loan. You know you are going to get the loan, you just have to submit the paperwork.
