The kicker is GVSI and SWAPP don't need each other to be successful. An investment in either will treat a holder very well if SWAPP is not the merging company. But combined........HOLY CRAP!!!

Not often you get a chance to invest in both sides of a reverse merger as typically the merging company has no public investment vehicle. I am certainly taking advantage of the opportunity.
