If we look at the trades today. Most to all the trades are the 500,000 share increments. That leads me to believe there is some platforms that buying is allowed.
I only say that because there are a lucky few accumulating at these levels before the average retailer comes back. In my opinion, if it is going this way now, just wait until the markets open up to us again. My Sept. 3rd buys at trip 2's are looking better to me each day now.
