This scam is BURIED in approx $1.4 Ma MILLION owed in total gutter notes aka DEATH SPIRAL FINANCING aka bottomless conversion formula convertible debt of the worst kind ($691K new gutter notes inked in just 2021 alone so far and 2.4 BILLION dilution shares issued in just 2021 so far and ever climbing) !!
It will take AT LEAST a BILLION new dilution shares pouring out NON STOP EVERY TRADING DAY at these prices which will CONTINUE TO FALL AS THE NOTE HOLDERS "CONVERT IN TRANCHES" to come remotely close to paying back that kind of staggering gutter debt owed !!

* They have a long history of promises that failed to materialize or turn a profit:
Past partnerships with Zounds, Shark Tank's Kevin Harrington, Sears, Walmart the bullshit fantasy "2019 1,000 plus Kiosks done" all except never happened and on and on and on.........
