That's incorrect. The TA as the names of of NOBO (non objecting beneficial owners) and a list of OBO (objecting beneficial owners) For OBO the TA has a list of brokers with the number of investors and shares, sometimes referred to as "street name". Proxies and such are then sent to investors by the Broker. I am an OBO. When folks open an account with a broker they are asked if they wish to be OBO or NOBO.
There would be NO issue in finding investors holding LAHO revoked stock and how many shares. LAHO is blowing smoke along with throwing a pile of bullshit at their investors (marks).
