Just asking for my own knowledge. The company should know how many shares were owned. At this point in time? Would it not be just divided that number into the escrow balance and come up with a per share price. The broker should have verification of who and how many shares of each investor. Pay out to them. Any remaining shares unclaimed within 90 days. Redivide into claimed shares and pay out the balance.. is it not that simple? Just like paying out a class action lawsuit.
