Half is not even close to correct (you’re off by 40%). There are 39 people listed as “gifting persons” to CCTV, which funded the 13d. There are another 41 people listed as having contributed funds, a few being repeats.

So there were 70-80 different people/entities that contributed to the 13d fund.

There are 7 people listed as investors in Incelldx who also contributed to the 13d fund. Those investors invested in Incelldx long before the 13d was ever formed.

If we use 70 as the total number of 13d contributors, only 10% are also Incelldx investors (7 of 70). Hardly a conspiracy, especially considering those 7 people own a combined 1% of Incelldx at the company’s $150 evaluation from April 2020.

The boogeymen that many hardcore NP-supporters touted as being behind the 13d are just investors (see the SEC filing).

The boogeymen the Pro-NP grouped claimed were pushing the 13d to buy Incelldx (which has proven to be false) is 7 investors, SEVEN, who own a whopping 1% of Incelldx (see the SEC filing). Really scary.
