Sometimes I find a post that say's it best. Ohm20, from another board:

"That PR about exiting the 13d is just that. Rosenbaum, Wilmes and Beaty formally seperated from the 13d and are the sole persons behind the nomination of a new slate of directors. It's the same slate as previously announced. Why they would do this is to keep the larger 13d group from being investigated which would for sure spook some into withdrawing from the 13d. It wouldn't surprise me if some of the 13d have realized the sham, fraud and failure and will not be voting for the "13d" slate.
