You are correct that NP is well known for his over enthusiastic comments. But, correct me if wrong… you said NP was responsible for daily pumping CYDY up to $10 when there was absolutely no communications from CYDY that 1-2 weeks leading up to June 30th that I recall.

It’s one thing to point out that NP’s own over enthusiasm has teetered on the interpretation of legal-ease, but I find it disingenuous to say Nader was the one touting the stock daily during that price surge.
