Only ten percent of all creditors needs to opt-in to get the last payment of 25k. The other 90 percent will automatically get the last payments unless they opt-out.

The point is that all creditors have already received approximately more than 99 percent of the total distributions. The last distribution is less than one percent of the total and can be considered as a “small change” or “eft over” and potentially may take more years to get from adversary proceedings.
