A pretty good argument could be made with those that think all of us are stupid, dumb hicks that the FHFA was created for the sole purpose of overseeing the orderly demise of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Of course, with the curtains pulled back, the World can see the instigators who would eventually reap the spoils.
