No, they didn't say "Sir, this is a Wendy's and I'm trying to have lunch?" Besides....the only Wendy's on Federal property are at Camp Lejuene and Marine Corps Air Station New River in North Carolina.

I also didn't say which part of the Federal Government they were from.

And last time I checked, Wendy's had not been nationalized under the current administration to provide 24/7/365 ice cream to the White House under the National Defense Act.
