I beg to differ. When there is a reverse split that is designed to enhance the ability of the company to UP LIST to a higher tiered market then it becomes a huge plus and not a negative. Although there are always those that consider any reverse split as bad they often miss the boat ride to the next level. I am thinking a press release may be coming soon concerning their wish to uplist. Just MY opinion of course!
