To realize your leaders lied to you and encouraged you to lie to others about a pandemic of all things and you followed without question....Then the elections too...
The misinformation campaign about both has cost this country immeasurably, in reputation, prestige, confidence, lives, economy and our childrens schools...One wonders where it began and by whom, but the right jumped right on the band wagon and played right into their hands bringing this country down a notch in the worlds eyes and in our own...
Our children bare the cross that many in this country were willing to lie when lives were at stake is the worst of all legacies you leave....That you would wound the institutions of their country and try to overturn democracy like some third world thugs..
Oh, and btw, you mentioned health workers doing their jobs....They are the heroes that you and your kind not only not show any gratitude for their sacrifice, you make their job harder twisting the facts and now their patients are the unvaccinated who believed you and your leaders, the price they pay is beyond prestige and they are forced to live the error of their ways and even die....
Much like the 600 charged for Jan 6, They to see the error of their ways and understand they were manipulated and lied to...
Shame of it all is our courts and law won't hold the leaders that have cost so much will not be held accountable for their lies...
Deceit is what you follow
And think, as truth leaks into the right wing world, the lives cost, the undermining of democracy will bare itself and then the morning mirror will no longer be escaped that you were made fool of and you cost us all...That reflection will be tough to face...
