I don’t think so….there covering their shorts with convertible shares and making the premium from the difference..if they can stop doing private placements the stock would go up…question is for a sophisticated investor to get a 50% discount there’s a 90 day restriction and we haven’t seen any restrictions or registrations so where are they coming from?
