Received a response from Doug @ Xalles this morning. Going to copy & post what I sent him then space it out and post the reply. Not much of anything but at least they are communicating.

Good morning Doug,

Could you please give me some kind of update on how the company is proceeding with the audits to switch back to EDGAR reporting direct to SEC and do you foresee the ability of that being possible for the Q3 report that is due on October 15th. I would also appreciate any update if possible on the previously announced acquisitions that can be disclosed also.

I am part of a small group of retail investors (less than 20) that hold a substantial amount of available float shares and quite frankly a few of them are very concerned about the website not being available at this time and they are seriously thinking about selling which would only erode the share price further. As per the information available we are a few of the only 144 investors that have did the research and decided to come on board with Mr. Nash's company and anymore decay of interested investors would only erode that chances of success.

Any nuggets of information would be highly appreciated to help keep everyone on board !!

Hi Ron,

we will publicly announce steps related to audit completion and hence subsequent SEC reporting and the planned QB uplist shortly. The website is being moved to a new hosting provider and is taking longer than anticipated. As a little point of clarification on the shareholder count, the 144 represents named shareholders who have shares issued directly from the company and does not include the hundreds buying in the open market.
