geez fuag -- the issue is a constitutional issue -for the USA - no matter how it comes out, the power of the POTUS will be decided -- If Biden wins, the repubs will take full advantage when they come to power -- if he loses, the power for these issues goes back to congress for debate and deliberated decisive votes
