Funman posted some click bait piece earlier today. Let me go over some of that which applies to TCNNF.
We’ll throw pro/con out the door. A neutral view then.
1st we have “To be clear, neither Rivers nor Trulieve have been charged with any wrongdoing”

Ok, unless that changes the statement speaks for itself.

2nd from the company “We have consistently maintained that neither Trulieve nor our CEO are involved in the case”.

I agree they have, and again something would need to change.

3rd From the company “Trulieve said in a regulatory filing in 2019 that it concluded Rivers wasn’t a target of the federal corruption investigation, and the potential liability from the case wasn’t great enough to prevent her from continuing as CEO”

Ok, at this point it appears they are correct.

4th The widely publicized court proceedings included the revelation that Burnette boasted to undercover agents about working with a state lawmaker/childhood friend to tweak medical cannabis licensing criteria in Florida that would prevent certain competitors from qualifying.

I think this was when they FBI spent 7500 dollars at a strip bar to get that boasting from JT. You know it’s been a while since I been to a bar, but 7500? Anyway, I always called it BS on the stuff I heard, I guess the polite way is to now call it boasting. Regardless TRU did get 1 of 5 licenses. They were given to the 5, by the state. So how does this play out. FL suits FL for incompetence. TRU didn’t give itself the license, JT doesn’t work for TRU. Kim wasn’t married to JT at that time. And of course, someone would have to prove they wouldn’t have got of those 5 anyway. Sure, we could have some pro/con debate here but as it currently sits it’s a nothing burger.

5th We have “ J.T. Burnette’s conviction last month on five federal charges involving public corruption were related to his real estate development activities in Florida and had no connection to Trulieve”

NO connection to. I can only go by the words stated.
If nothing changes, then there is nothing there. IMO
