HRAA is a shell company. You'll notice in the 10-Q you referenced that it states the company has been dormant since 2014 and that David Lazar became custodian, etc. It's now a "clean" shell and Lazar just sold this shell to AmeriGuard Security Services, Inc. per this 8-K: https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1514443/000182912621009815/healthrevenue_8k.htm
