I don't see the risk in any unlikely RS. If there was one I would welcome it and it would indicate that it is indeed Dizal Pharma merging in and setting up to get on NASDAQ. Believe they need to get "their" FINS audited and file a Form 10 w/ the SEC first perhaps...
