I'm not sure those details would actually enhance what we already know in a substantive way. We already know:
1) The dosing limits now in place preclude ADHD in any form.
2) The dosing limits now in place would allow limited AD testing. Since no one 'knows' what dosing is required for effect in human AD, knowing the current limits probably wouldnt be that clarifying. (will 100mg work? Do you need 400mg? There's no data in humans...whereas there is ADHD data).
Thus from my perspective--and I am hardly shy about claiming various chunks of data are 'material' and should be disclosed (and pressed very hard to have the 3month tox data released), I don't think that these elements are material. The current price doesn't assume CX717 is going to be usable for anything.
