I choose to believe the filing delay is actually a positive sign. IF he inked a deal he would have to disclose it in the filing and that is not an option given AMLO's ego and Mexican politics. I also believe there will not be an opportunity to buy again once an announcement is made because I suspect it will be concurrent with the sale of the business at x per share. Michael Ward has not returned my call and I have never spoken with him. I just can't see Mirage executing a project like this if they are awarded it. All just my optimistic opinion.
