You aren’t going to be able to buy unless John gets this current. Why doesn’t someone email him? I’ll email him if someone gives me his email. This is going to be no bid fast. Pretty sure it’s game over here considering it’ll take a month or more for him to file the necessary paperwork if he has any intention on doing it.
