Restrictions are killing NonCurrent stocks. This is only the 1st day. Hurry up OTC. If paperwork in, why isn't OTC giving extensions till completed. Brokers should be ashamed of themselves imposing Restrictions before 9/28. DOWN ALMOST 50%. Worst than I thought.
