If you look at the Time and Sales, you will see that there was a 1 million share trade at 1:08:49. Two things to note is that the trade is marked as "avg", and that the trade price was outside of the bid / ask (it was .07474, while the bid / ask were .0755 x .077). At no point during the entire day, did the bid get that low. This shows that the trade occurred via the dark pool. Dark pools are used to manipulate the market and to prevent the share price from varying too much (in this case to prevent it from tanking).
