I just realized how many assumptions youre making...most of which are bad faith assumptions at best.
Omnis was created on 03/30/2021 so it is another empty shell - plus the company didn't provide any details about the purchase of the Preferred share.
Okay sure they didn't provide details but that doesn't mean it can't or won't happen, there's no way of knowing that unless you're part of the process and making decisions with the people involved which you're not.
A reverse merger would require approval from FINRA - AVVH would have to file a Corporate Action Request for a reverse merger. So there isn't going to be a reverse merger.
So you're assuming they won't file an action request because why? or that they already haven't why? Are you able to see such request filings and know about them the moment they happen? Do you somehow have insider knowledge that it won't happen? Or are you just assuming once again that the company won't due what you don't want them to?
Any way you can provide some actual reasoning on these assumptions other than "I know OTC's" or "I know Cooley" or "Stinky Pinky always does this"? Would really appreciate an actual thought out post that goes into your assumptions and the evidence to back them up that way others can make more educated decisions. Also this is not an attack in any way I genuinely would like more details and evidence that can help me come to a better conclusion, so please don't take this as one.
