Aiming, Neuro isn't going to answer the question about why the "finding" only occurs with CX-717 and not with CX-701 or Org-24448. There simply is no clear answer to that question. The only thing we can conclude at this point is that CX-717 must do something that is different in some way from the other compounds, ie - the "finding" is compound specific to CX-717. That reality doesn't bode well for CX-717's chances with the FDA, unless Cortex can provide a good clear explanation of exactly what is causing the finding, and what is unique about CX-717 that is causing the finding to occur.
