This Revised Preliminary Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A is being filed solely to correct the range for the reverse stock split contemplated by Proposal 3 in the Preliminary Proxy Statement filed by Innovative Payment Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 2, 2021 (the “Preliminary Proxy Statement”). The range which was stated in the original Preliminary Proxy Statement to be between two (2) and three hundred (300) shares has been corrected to between two (2) and thirty (30) shares.
