Again again again your garbage is not addressing the conflict in these points.

The “assurances” slop would mean they are planning some new windfall someday based on the purchaser having to pay Bioamber for Reverdias components, even though Reverdia is dissolved. The “qualified bidder” garbage indicates that no sale was allowed unless it was to someone willing to buy the equity, meaning the equity was bought long ago (and no one told the shareholders about it).

So, which is it? Is a payment for the dissolved Reverdias components coming in the future, OR was the company bought by a “qualified bidder” 3 years ago with no mention to shareholders???
