Where are Texas penises in all this?

I am pretty sure there was a penis involved in every abortion. Where's the bounty on their little heads?

Why are they only going after women, and then, only women thought to have failed to keep an aspirin between their knees when on dates?

How about a companion law giving women the ability to sue the penis that got them in trouble for the full $10K?
