One thing I see is the republiqans are using the supreme court as a weapon and forcing the courts to see cases they have no business passing judgement on like economic issues. Why would a program started in the pandemic, which hasn't lightened up yet, protecting renters be a constitutional issue? Or even in front of a supreme court?
