IPSI did a reverse split, look at the history, it made its way down to a penny due to dilution where I bought heavily, and hit a high this year of 36 cents. so to say that a reverse split is negative, it literally makes no sense, you get the same amount of value after the split, its very simple math. This is the time to buy, not sell. Look at all the bullishness on this board for months and months and months, oh its going to a buck, bla bla bla. Nothing has changed, this is an outright steal at this price, take it or leave it.
