The stock took a hit in reaction. To earnings which were lighter than expected due to an early rainy season. Q3 is generally their weakest and will likely be stronger than usual per the company.

The stock movement seems like a clear reaction to an expectation that they would earn another .13 in what is usually their best quarter.

West Africa has some issues, but given they are at capacity and adding rigs it isn’t revenue softness, at least not for them.
