For quite a while, this particular stock was doing very well, then without warning it suddenly crashed yesterday and is dropping today as well. What actually happened is some very wealthy executives dumped huge numbers of shares. It's abundantly clear that the wealthy and powerful have way too much leverage to get everything their way. Is the stock market rigged against average investors? You bet it is! Unless you are retired and have the time to sit at a computer screen all day long to watch constantly for sudden market shifts, you probably cannot convert stock investments into a serious money making tool. I made the mistake of investing in this stock thinking it would make more money than most other semiconductor stocks. For awhile it did until the market manipulations by some very wealthy executives caused the sudden huge price drops.
