if there are "good" underwriting guidelines (or flat outright GOV subsidy) this is great for people and expands F and F back into a larger role

so much for those (R and R and R and yes BO) who wanted to thin them out

They become more and more important to the nation !! (rental property construction - mobile homes - more and more places people live)
