Yes, that is a fee driven by the fact that ticker has a "F" at the end (Foreign Stock). Some brokers even charge more than that. It's best to buy foreign stocks in larger blocks, and plan on holding them for a while. Flipping foreign stocks (which I don't do) can be expensive due to that extra fee.

Possibly another poster here has discovered a way to eliminate/minimize that foreign exchange fee?
