Yeah you would think it is an SEC violation - if it was a SEC reporting company. But it’s not.
Been the recent chatter with claims SWAPP merging with GVSI being made on social media sites.

Supposedly since George hasn’t denied it it must be true! Lol if you want to believe that.
I doubt George will deny a rumor that is HELPING the pps of one of his companies!
