I would toss in one MASSIVELY CRAZY DECISION by SCOTUS that thwarted the good parts of the arguments brought - as some were excellent

Scotus deciding (pulling from their ask) that the FHFA could do just about anything (BIG GOV can not be BIGGER) cited by ALITO (of all people) was just not expected !!!!!

The APA etc --- yuk

But to say the FHFA can do what it wants as it is the people - is one funkin crazy view of a GOV agency with normal limitations

That opinion - that view - that outcome --- IMO could not be foreseen - as again - it is such a crazy wrong idea and on top of that - it is a BIG and BIGGER power to the central GOV argument from a court of small GOV)
